Pepper prawn


Pepper prawn is the healthy and simple dish and cook in 45 minutes. Prawn, red chilli powder, gram masala, ginger garlic paste is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :

200 gram prawn
1 big onion (cut small Cubic sizes)
2 Green chilli (sliced)
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of gram masala
1 +1/4 tsp of salt
1 +1/4 tsp of pepper powder
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
8-10 tsp of oil
  • Wash and clean the prawn

  • Add 1 tsp of salt

  • Add turmeric powder

  • Add red chilli powder

  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix equally

  • Mixed well

  • Keep it fridge in 30-45 minutes

  • After 45 minutes to take the bowl and again mix equally

  • Take the pan add oil and heat it

  • Add soaked prawn

  • Saute in 4-5 minutes

  • Then transfer the bowl and keep aside

  • Using the pan add oil and heat it

  • Add curry leaves

  • Add onion and green chilli

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Add sauted prawn

  • Add gram masala

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally to boil it

  • Close the pan to boil in 5 minutes

  • After 5 minutes to boil in 15 minutes (normal flame)

  • After 15 minutes the prawn cook well

  • Add pepper powder

  • Mix equally

  • Boil in 5-8 minutes (medium flame)

  • Add oil (optional)

  • Prawn cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Serve it
