Plain beans with coconut


Plain beans with coconut is the healthy dish and cook in 30 minutes. Beans, red chilli, coconut, bengal gram is the main ingredients of this dish

INGREDIENTS :

3 cup of beans(cut the 3-4 inches)
1 big onion (chopped)
Bengal gram (soak in 10 minutes)
2 red chilli
1 tsp of mustard seed
1/4 of urad dal
1 cup of Coconut (mincing)
1 tsp of salt
3 tsp of oil
Water

Take a bengal gram

Pour the required amount of water soak in 10 minutes

Soak well

Take a pan add oil and heat it

Add red chilli and saute in 2-3 minutes

Add mustard seed and urad dal

Until wait for explosive and golden brownish color

Add chopped onion and until wait for golden brownish color


Add beans

Add soaked bengal gram

Add salt

Pour the water

Boil in 10-15 minutes

Beans boil well

Add coconut mincing

Now switch off the flame

Beans get ready

Serve it
