Plantain tawa fry


Plantain tawa fry is a simple dish. Plantain, bengal gram, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, fennel seed is the main ingredients of this dish

INGREDIENTS :

1 plantain
3 tsp of bengal gram
3 tsp of rice flour
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp pf fennel seed(crushed)
Oil
Water

Plantain cutting process :

Take a bowl

pour the 2 cup of water and salt

Add 2 tsp of butter milk

Take a plantain

Cut 1/2 half part

Add plantain in water

Peel the skin and cut 2 inches of length

Wash the plantain in pure water

Keep aside

Paste making process:

Take a plate and add bengal gram, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and fennel seed

Add 4-5 tsp of water

In all ingredients mix equally

Paste get ready


Add sliced plantain

In all ingredients mix equally

soak the plantain 30 minutes

Soak well

Take a tawa add oil and heat it

Add plantain (medium flame)

Add oil and until wait for golden brownish color

Flip the plantain

Add oil and until wait for golden brownish color

Plantain cook well

Now switch off the flame

Transfer the plate

Serve it
