Poricha kulambu

Poricha kulambu is a simple dish and cook in 35 minutes. Moong dal, drumsticks, jackfruit seed, coconut and aniseed grind is the main ingredients of the dish.

INGERDIENTS

50 gram Moong dal
1/2 liter rice water
1 drumsticks
1 cup of jackfruit seed
1/4 big onions (chopped)
5-6 small onion
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp sambar powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup of water(optional)
3 tsp oil
1/4 tsp urad
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1 cup of coconut (mincing)
1 tsp aniseed
  • Take a pan and heat it.

  • Add 50 gram Moong dal with saute in 5 minutes. (medium flame)

  • Moong dal roasted Well like that brownish color.

  • Take a 1 cup of coconut mincing and 1 tsp of aniseed by grind.

  • Take a pan or vessel add 1/4 litre of rice water and heat it.

  • Then add roasted moong dal.


  • Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and boiled in 10 minutes.(medium flame)

  • Roasted moong dal boiled it's comes in this stages.

  • Add jackfruit seeds, drumsticks.

  • Add 2 tsp sambar powder, 1 tsp salt, big cubes size onion.

  • Add water (optional).

  • In all ingredients boiled 10 minutes.


  • Add coconut and aniseed grind boil in 5 minutes. (medium flame)

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.

  • Add 1/4 tsp urad, until wait for brownish color.

  • Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed, until wait for explosive.

  • Add chopped onions, until wait for golden brownish color.

  • Then added the Seasoning and boil in 5 minutes.

  • Add curry leaves.

  • Then serve it.
