Red chilli sauce


Red chilli sauce is the more spicy. Red chilli, onion, tomato, sugar,garlic, lemon (or) vinegar is the main ingredients of this sauce


INGREDIENTS :


100 gram red chilli
Half big onion
5 pieces of garlic
1 tomato
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp lemon (or) vinegar
  • Take a vessel

  • Pour the water and boil in 10 minutes

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Add red chilli

  • Soak in 20 minutes

  • Chilli soak well

  • Take a jar add soaked red chilli, tomato, garlic, onion

  • Add red chilli soaked water

  • Grind it

  • Grind well

  • Take the tawa and heat it

  • Pour the paste(normal flame)

  • Pour 1 cup of water to boil it

  • Boil well and stir continously

  • Add salt and sugar

  • Stir continuously in 5-10 minutes

  • Thick structure get ready

  • Add lemon juice to boil in 2-3 minutes

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Red chilli sauce get ready

  • Perserve in 15 days at fridge

  • Serve it
