Samosa

Maida, gram masala, red chilli powder, vegetable, oil, green chilli is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
150 gram maida
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of gram masala
3/4 tsp of red chilli powder
2 potato
50 gram green Beas
1 big onion (chopped)
2 Green chilli (chopped)
Small pieces of Ginger, garlic
Corriondar leaves
Oil
Water
PROCESS 1:
Take a vessel and pour the water
Add potatoes, green beas to boil
It's boil well
Close the vessel to boil in 10-15 minutes (medium flame)
After 10 minutes to add 3/4 tsp of salt
And again boil in 5 minutes
It's cook well and switch off the flame
And drain the potatoes and green peas
Peel the potatoes
Mashed the potatoes
Process 2:
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add chopped onions and saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Add green chilli, ginger, garlic and saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Add mashed potatoes and green peas
Mix equally
Add gram masala, red chilli powder and salt
Mix equally and boil in 5 minutes (medium flame)
In this stage will remove the raw smell
Add Corriondar leaves
Stuffed get ready and keep aside
Process 3:
Take the maida
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Add required amount of water
Knead the maida
Add 1 tsp of oil and knead the maida
Knead well and keep it rest in 10 minutes
Maida get ready
Take a small amount of maida
It 's has to be slightly thick and not too thin
Cut in corner and centre
Take a dosa tawa and place the maida
Heat in 2 minutes
Cut the corner and edges
Join the edges to make the cone shape
Fill the masala
Apply the water on the edges
Press down the edges very well to seal them
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add samosa to boil in 2-3 minutes
Flip the samosa and until wait for golden brownish color
Samosa cook well
Serve it
