Sandwich

Sandwich is a simple dish and prepare in 20 minutes. No oven by using a dhosa thava. Bread, slice cheese, pepper powder is the main ingredients of this dish.

INGREDIENTS

Slice cheese
Bread
Slice onion
Slice tomato
Salted butter (or) ghee
Pepper powder
  • Take a pan add Salted butter and heat it.

  • Butter are melted well now dip the bread equally. (medium flame)

  • Bread roasted well then flip the bread.

  • Double side roasted well. Change a plate.

  • Take a cheese slice above the bread.

  • Spread pepper powder above the cheese(optional)

  • Take two slices onion and tomato above the cheese.

  • And spread pepper powder.

  • Take a cubic cheese with mincing well. (optional)

  • Now close it by using a roasted bread.

  • Take a dosa thava add 1 tsp butter (or) ghee and heat it.

  • Add sandwich in medium flame.

  • Close the thava in 3-5 minutes. After flip the sandwich and close the thava in 3-5 minutes.


  • Sandwich get ready then serve it
