Sesame rice
Sesame rice is a healthy rice. Sesame, gingelly oil, urad dal, red chilli is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
2 cup of boiled rice
2 tsp of sesame
1 tsp of urad
1 red chilli
2/4 salt
1+1/4 tsp of gingelly oil
Take a pan and heat it
Add sesame to saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Transfer the bowl
Add urad dal and red chilli
Saute in 2-3 minutes
Saute well
Switch off the flame
Take a jar
Add sauted ingredients and grind smoothly
Grind well
Take a boiled rice
Add grinded powder and mix equally
Add salt
Add gingelly oil and in all ingredients mix equally
Mixed equally
Sesame rice get ready
Serve it
