Sesame rice


Sesame rice is a healthy rice. Sesame, gingelly oil, urad dal, red chilli is the main ingredients of this dish

INGREDIENTS :

2 cup of boiled rice
2 tsp of sesame
1 tsp of urad
1 red chilli
2/4 salt
1+1/4 tsp of gingelly oil
  • Take a pan and heat it

  • Add sesame to saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Saute well

  • Transfer the bowl

  • Add urad dal and red chilli

  • Saute in 2-3 minutes

  • Saute well

  • Switch off the flame

  • Take a jar

  • Add sauted ingredients and grind smoothly

  • Grind well

  • Take a boiled rice

  • Add grinded powder and mix equally

  • Add salt

  • Add gingelly oil and in all ingredients mix equally

  • Mixed equally

  • Sesame rice get ready

  • Serve it
