Simple Ragi Koozh
Ragi Koozh a simple food that is opt for breakfast. Ideal for anyone who is too concerned on diet
Steps to get the easiest dish
Take Ragi flour on a bowl
Add Sufficient water to it and mix well. Make sure it is watery
Allow the content to boil.
Make sure you stir the contents continuously until the raw smell of Ragi goes away.
Once it is boiled completely. Allow it to cool. This content can be preserved for having next day too.
While serving, add buttermilk(I have already made buttermilk with chilli and ginger being soaked in it for more than 3 hours and also added salt to taste)
Mik butter milk
Add in chopped onions
Serve with Groundnut chutney or any side dish that you like. Add butter milk in any consistency as per your wish.
