Snake gourd poriyal


Snake gourd poriyal is the quick recipes and cook in 45 minutes. Snake gourd, bengal gram is the main ingredients of the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 snake gourd
25 gram bengal gram
1/4 tsp of urad
2 red chilli
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
2 tsp of oil
2 tsp of salt
1 cup of Coconut {minicing}

  • Wash the snake gourd

  • Cut 1/2 part

  • Then sliced well

  • Add 2 salt

  • Add 2 tsp bengal gram

  • Knead the snake gourd, bengal gram, salt

  • Mix well and then set the plate to cross and this stage drop the snake gourd water.

  • Soak in few minutes and water have been drop continously.

  • Drain the snake gourd

  • Add oil and heat it

  • Add red chilli

  • Add urad and mustard seed and until wait for brownish color & explosive

  • Add chopped onions and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Add drain the snake gourd

  • Boil it

  • Close the vessel in 7-8 minutes (medium flame)

  • Snake gourd cook well

  • Add coconut mincing

  • Mix well

  • Serve it
