Spicy Potato fry
Spicy potato fry is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Potato, red chilli powder, kuzhambu powder, mustard seed, onions is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS :
4 potatoes (cut small size)
1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tsp of kuzhambu powder
1 tsp of salt
1 /2 big onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp of mustard seed
1/4 tsp of urad dal
Fennel seed(crushed) [optional]
Oil
Water
Take a potato
Peel the skin
Cut the potatoes in equally sizes
Wash the potatoes and drain it
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add urad dal and until wait for golden brownish color
Add mustard seed and until for explosive
Add chopped onions and saute in 2-3 minutes
Sauted well
Add potatoes
Add pinch of salt and saute in 4-5 minutes
Saute well
Add salt
Add red chilli powder, kuzhambu powder and water
In all ingredients mix equally and then fennel seed(crushed)
Close the vessel boil in 10 minutes
Add oil and again boil in 5-10 minutes (medium flame)
Potatoes cook well
Now switch off the flame
Add Corriondar leaves
