Stuffed mirchi


Stuffed mirchi is a spicy and different taste in tonguefern. Mirchi,gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin seed, gram masala is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :


3 green chilli
2/4 cup of gram flour
2 tsp of gram masala
2 tsp of Corriondar powder
1/4 red chilli powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1 big onion (chopped)
Sweetcorn (optional)
1 tsp of cumin seed
Oil
Water

Sweetcorn boiling process:

  • Take a vessel

  • Pour the 2 cup of water and add sweercorn & salt

  • Boil in 10 minutes

  • Sweetcorn boil well.

  • Now Switch off the flame

Paste process:

  • Take a bowl add gram flour

  • Add chopped onions

  • Add red chilli powder, gram masala, Corriondar powder

  • Add cumin seed and salt

  • Add sweetcorn

  • Add 5-6 tsp of water

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Paste get ready

Stuffing process:

  • Take a green chilli

  • Cut the above layer and remove seed

  • Stuff the paste

  • Stuffed well

Frying process:

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add stuffed mirchi to boil in medium flame

  • Spread the oil

  • Flip th back side, corner(medium flame)

  • Mirchi cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Transfer the plate

  • Serve it
