Sweet rice kali


Sweet kali is a simple Snack and cook in 25 minutes. Rice,jaggery, coconut mincing is the main ingredients of the snack.

  1. Fry the 200 gram rice, until wait for golden brownish color.

  2. Transfer the plate in the fried rice and let down under the fan.

  3. Then fried rice is blend the jar(korakoranu).


INGERDIENTS

200 gram rice.
1 cup of coconut (mincing)
2+1/4 pieces of jaggery (broken)
5-6 piece of cashew nut
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 litre of water
2 pieces of green cardamoms
1 tsp ghee

Then go to from your kitchen when check out the images.



  • Take a pan (or) vessel heat it.

  • Add water boiled in 3 minutes.

  • Add sprinkle salt bolied in 2 minutes.

  • Add broken jaggery mix well.

  • Add broken green cardamoms.

  • Boiled in 5 minutes.

  • Add 1 cup of coconut mincing.


  • Add powder rice one by one soup with mix quickly because the powder rice are tumor (Katti pidikum) in low flame.

  • Then comes in this stage in low flame.

  • Add fried cashew nut.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee.

  • Then serve it.
