Sweetcorn Urad dal pakoda


Sweetcorn urad dal pakoda is the simple dish and cook in 30 minutes. Urad dal, rice flour, onion, green chilli, pepper, cumin seed is the main ingredients of this snacks


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of urad dal(soak in 2 hours)
2 tsp of rice flour
2 green chilli (chopped)
1 big onion (chopped)
1 /4 tsp of cumin seed
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of salt
Oil
Water
  • Take a bowl add urad dal

  • Pour the water in bowl

  • Soak the dal in one hour

  • Urad dal soaked well

  • Wash the dal

  • Grind the soaked urad dal

  • Add sprinkle of water and grind in 10 minutes

  • Mavu get ready and keep aside

  • Take a sweet corn and cut it

  • Take a pan and pour the water & heat it

  • Add sweet corn and boil it

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt

  • Sweetcorn cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Drain the sweatcorn

  • Take the corn kernals and keep aside

  • Take a bowl add chopped onions and green chilli

  • Add corn kernals

  • Add urad dal mavu

  • Add salt

  • Ad rice flour

  • Add pepper and cumin seed

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Oil heat well and drop the little bit of mavu

  • It`s take a time to boil in 3-4 minutes and Until wait for golden brownish color

  • It's cook well and flip the pakoda

  • Pakoda cook well

  • Transfer the plate

  • Serve it
