Sweetpotato skewer


Sweetpotato skewer is a sweety and spicy dish. Sweet potato, corn flour, rice flour, onion, green chilli, gram masala is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS :


200 gram sweet potato
1 big onion (chopped)
2 Green chilli (chopped)
1/4 tsp of pepper powder (optional)
2/4 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of gram masala
Ginger, garlic (crushed)
Pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp of Corriondar powder
3/4 tsp of corn flour
1 tsp of salt
  • Take a vessel and heat it

  • Pour the 2 cup of water and add sweet potato

  • Add salt to boil 10 minutes

  • After 10 minutes the sweet potato boil well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Drain the sweetpotato

  • Peel the sweet potato

  • Mashed the sweet potato

  • Add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, ginger & garlic (crushed)

  • Add Corriondar powder, red chilli powder, gram masala, tumeric powder

  • Add pepper powder and salt

  • Add Corriondar leaves

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Add corn flour

  • Add required amount of water

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Sweetpotato skewer get ready

  • Take a skewer and apply the sweet potato mixer

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it into

  • Add sweet potato skewer and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Flip the sweet potato and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Transfer the plate

  • Serve it
