Toothpick crispy sweetcorn


Sweet corn, rice flour, pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, oil, cumin powder is the main ingredients of this snacks

INGREDIENTS :

1 sweetcorn
1 tsp of pepper powder
1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
3/4 tsp of salt
Oil
Water
2 tsp of rice flour
1 tsp of Lemon juice
  • Cut the sweet corn

  • Insert toothpick in sweetcorn kernals

  • Apply the sideways to remove the corn kernals

  • Take a vessel and pour the water

  • And heating in 10 minutes

  • Water boil well

  • Add corn

  • Corn boiling in 10 minutes

  • Corn cook well and drain the corn

  • Add rice flour

  • Add pepper powder and salt

  • Add little bit of water and mix equally

  • Mixed well

  • Keep it refrigerator in 20 minutes

  • After 20 minutes to remove the sweetcorn


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add corn

  • Immediately close the pan to boil in 4 minutes

  • corn cook well

  • Drain the corn and keep aside

  • Take a bowl

  • Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder & salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Spread the powder in corn

  • Add little bit of lemon juice

  • Toothpick get ready

  • Serve it
