Urad and rice pakoda

Urad and rice pakodo is a simple snacks and cook in 30 - 45 minutes. Urad, rice, oil, onion, green chill is the main ingredients of the snacks.

INGERDIENTS

200 gram urad (soak)
200 gram rice (soak)
1-2 big onion (chopped)
2 green chill(chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 /4 liter of oil
3 tsp of rice flour (optional)
Corriondar leaves
  • Soak the rice in 30 minutes

  • Soak the urad dal in 30 minutes.

  • Take the jar add soaked urad dal & grind it and add sprinkle water.

  • Take a jar add soaked rice & grind it and add sprinkle of water

  • Transfer the bowl

  • Add chopped onions, green chill, Corriondar leaves mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp of salt mix well and in all ingredients mix equally


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.

  • Take the small portion and drop them in the oil

  • until wait for golden brownish color and flip it

  • until wait for golden brownish color and take it

  • serve it
