Urunda kuzhambu உருண்ட குழம்பு

Urunda kuzhambu is the spicy and cook in 45 minutes. Soak bengal gram, small onion, garlic, 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Corriondar powder is the main ingredients of this dish
INGREDIENTS
Ball preparation ingredients :
3 cup of bengal gram(soak the bengal gram in 2 hour)
50 gram of small onion(sliced)
4 green chilli(sliced)
1+1/4 red chilli powder
1/4 aniseed(crush)
1+1/4 tsp of salt
Drumstick leaves(optional)
Coconut mincing (optional)
Curry leaves
Kuzhambu ingredients :
25 gram tamarind (take out the tamarind water)
8-9 small onion
8-9 garlic
2 red chilli powder
1 tsp of Corriondar powder
1 tsp of salt
5-6 tsp gingelly oil
Coconut (Grinding)
2 tsp karuvadam
Grinding method :
Take a jar
Add 1 cup of Coconut
Add 3-4 tsp of water
Smoothly Grind it
Keep aside
Take 3 cup of bengal gram
Pour 4 cup of water
Soak in 1 hour
Bengal gram soak well
Drain the bengal gram
crush the aniseed
Aniseed crushed well
Crush the garlic
Crushed well
Transfer the bowl
Crush a soaked the bengal gram
Crushed well
Add green chilli, onion, curry leaves
Add salt
Add red chilli powder
Add drumstick leaves
Add coconut
In all ingredients mix equally
Mix equally
Now make a ball size
Keep aside
Process:
Take a pan add oil and heat it
Add 2 tsp of Karuvadavam and until wait for explosive
Add small onion and garlic and until wait for golden brownish color
Pour tamarind water
Add salt
Add 2tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Corriondar powder and boil it
Now close the vessel
Boil in 10 minutes
Kuzhambu boil well
Add coconut grind
Again close the kuzhambu with boil it
Drop the balls one by one
In all balls are dropped
Now close the pan
Simmer for medium flame in 5 minutes
Now switch off the flame.
Add 1 tsp of gingelly oil
Serve it
