Valapu & murunga keerai kootu

Valapu & murunga keerai kootu is easy to cook, simple dish and prepare 30 minutes . Valapu, murunga kari, moong dal, coconut is the main ingredients of the dish.

INGERDIENTS

3 cup of valapu
1 cup of murunga keerai
50 gram Moong dal
1 big onion (chopped)
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp urad
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1 cup of coconut mincing
1/4 tsp aniseed
1/2 liter of rice water
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp sambar powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 pieces of garlic

  1. Remove the petal only.

  2. Cut the flower one inch length

  3. Take a pan, add 2 Cup of water, add 4 tsp of curd,add 2 tsp of rock salt then cut the flower drop it.

  • Take a pan and heat it

  • Add 50 gram Moong dal with saute in 5 minutes(medium flame)

  • Moong dal roasted Well.

  • Take a pan or vessel heat it. Then add 1/2 litre of rice water with boil.

  • Add roasted moong dal boiling in 10 minutes.

  • It's cook well.

  • Add chopped onion, 2 tsp sambar powder, 1/4 salt mix well.

  • Add valapu and muranga keerai mix well.

  • Then boiled in 15 minutes. (medium flame)

  • Take a jar.

  • Add coconut mincing and 1/4 tsp of aniseed blend it.

  • Take a pan add oil and heat it.

  • Add urad, until wait for brownish color.

  • Add mustard seed, until wait for explosive.

  • Add chopped onions until wait for golden brownish color.

  • Now valapu and murunga keerai cook well.

  • Pour immediately into the kootu.

  • Add 4 pieces of garlic crush with mix well.

  • Then serve it.
