Vegetable biryani காய்கறி பிரியாணி


Vegetables biryani is a healthy food and cook in 45 minutes. Vegetables, gram masala, red chilli powder, cinnamon,aniseed is the main ingredients of this dish


INGREDIENTS


1 cup of basmathi rice
2 cup of water
1 tsp of aniseed
1 cinnamon
5-6 tsp of oil
2 big onion(sliced)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
4 green chilli (sliced)
Carrot, beans, potatoes (cut small sizes)
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of gram masala
3/4 tsp of red chilli powder
1+1/4 tsp of salt
4 tsp of curd
Meal maker
Mint leaves

Meal maker soak method::

  1. Take a vessel and heat it

  2. Pour the 2 cup of water and boil in 5 minutes

  3. Now switch off the flame

  4. Add meal maker and soak in 5 - 10 minutes

  5. Drain the meal maker

  6. Transfer the plate






Process:


  • Take a pan add oil and heat it

  • Add cinnamon and aniseed

  • saute onion and until wait for golden brownish color

  • Onion saute well

  • Saute tomatoes for 5 minutes

  • Add ginger garlic paste

  • Saute in few minutes

  • Tomato saute well

  • Add vegetables

  • Add oil

  • Add salt

  • Saute all vegetables in 5-10 minutes

  • Add mint leaves

  • Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tsp of gram masala, 1+1/4 tsp of salt

  • In all ingredients mix equally

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Keep aside

  • Take a cooker and heat it

  • Pour 2 cup of water and boil it

  • Water boiled well

  • Add saute vegetables

  • Add curd

  • Add meal maker

  • Wash the rice

  • Then add rice

  • Add mint leaves

  • Now close the cooker in medium flame until four whistle.


  • switch off the flame

  • Now the pressure released.

  • Now open the cooker

  • Vegetables biryani cook well

  • Now switch off the flame

  • Serve it
